Exosome Therapy

Exosomes are small vesicles released by all cells, including stem cells. These carry essential information and factors from one cell to another. Exosomes enhance the natural regenerative process. This results in a more youthful appearance. This improves skin quality and appearance, making them ideal for anti-aging and skin regeneration. Wrinkles, skin laxity, uneven skin tone, texture, anti-inflammatory conditions and melasma are targeted by exosomes.

We use ExoTech Exosome Therapy. These are derived from damascene rose cells through a specialised laboratory process. These exosomes deliver a cutting- edge anti-ageing treatment. Exosomes are believed to increase collagen production in the dermis by up to 700% over the course of several months!

Exosomes for hair loss are used to promote hair growth in individuals who are experiencing hair loss or thinning hair. When injected into the scalp exosomes stimulate the growth of new hair follicles and boost blood supply to existing ones. This results in thicker and fuller hair. Exosomes can also help prevent further hair loss.

Review: We will usually ask you to a review appointment 14-21 days after the initial treatment. At this stage, a further treatment is given. In total, three sessions are required.

Results: The full results will develop over several months but you will begin to see results after about 2 days. The results will normally last 6-9 months followed by a top up treatment.

  1. When you come into clinic for your treatment, your practitioner will discuss your individual skin needs.
  2. If you decide to proceed some topical numbing cream will be applied to your skin.
  3.  Some exosomes will be spread on your skin and then a microneedle device will be used to create microscopic channels in the dermis of your skin, causing the exosomes to seep into the deeper layers. More exosomes will be applied topically when these channels are open to maximize collagen and elastin production by your dermal fibroblast cells.
  1. Following the procedure your skin may be slightly red and tender but this should settle within 24 to 48 hours.
  2. For ongoing maintenance (after the initial three sessions), we recommend a repeat session as needed (approximately 6-9 months).
